- the physical gift card ; the size of a bank card. This is in a stylish case and is sent as a package.
- the digital gift card ; you will receive this by email. Just as fun and easy, but even faster.
Both variants can be spent in our stores on Texel as well as in our webshop.

Hoe ontvang ik een digitale cadeaubon?
Direct nadat je een digitale cadeaubon hebt besteld ontvang je de cadeaubon code op het emailadres dat is opgegeven tijdens het bestellen.
Hoe kan ik een cadeaubon inwisselen?
Cadeaubon inwisselen op de webshop:
Voer op de betaalpagina de 16-cijferige code toe in het kortingscode veld voordat je afrekent. Klik op 'toepassen' en de cadeaubon wordt geactiveerd. Wanneer je een email hebt ontvangen met de cadeaubon kun je ook op de button “Webshop bezoeken” klikken, dan wordt de cadeaubon toegevoegd aan het winkelmandje.
Cadeaubon inwisselen in de winkel:
Op de achterzijde van een fysieke cadeaukaart staat een QR-code. Om de
cadeaukaart in te wisselen in één van onze winkels op Texel kun je de code
laten scannen bij de kassa. Wanneer je een digitale cadeaubon hebt ontvangen als email, laat deze email dan zien bij de kassa.
Welk bedrag kan ik op de cadeaukaart zetten?
Dat hangt van de cadeaukaart van je keuze af. Kies eerst de cadeaukaart, daarna zie je op de productpagina direct welk bedrag je op de kaart kunt zetten.
Op onze website kun je cadeaukaarten kopen van 10, 25, 50, 75 of 100 euro. Wanneer je een cadeaukaart in één van onze winkels koopt, bepaal je zelf welk bedrag je op de cadeaukaart laat zetten.
Wat is de waarde van mijn cadeaubon?
Wanneer je een digitale cadeaubon hebt ontvangen, staat in de mail een link naar de status pagina van de cadeaubon. Klik op “Saldo cadeaubon bekijken”.
Heb je deze email niet ontvangen? Neem contact op met onze klantenservice en geef de 16-cijferige code door die op de kaart staat. Wij sturen dan een nieuwe email waarmee je het saldo van de cadeaubon kunt bekijken.
Hoe lang is de cadeaubon geldig?
De geldigheidsduur van zowel de cadeaukaart als de digitale cadeaubon is twee jaar, gerekend vanaf de uitgiftedatum (datum van aankoop).
Mag een cadeaukaart of cadeaubon worden geretourneerd?
Cadeaukaarten en cadeaubonnen zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht. Deze kunnen daarom niet geretourneerd worden.
