Explanation

Woolfiller® is carded wool which you felt yourself in order to plug a hole. How? Because of the specific characteristic of wool. The wool fibre has scales. They open up when you prick them with a felting needle. The open scales stick to each other and do not let go. Not even in the wash. Place the ecofoam behind the hole in the fabric, place a tuft of wool in the desired colour on top and prick the wool until it starts to adhere.

Washing instructions for wool

Wool is a nice material to make clothes from because it is antibacterial and odor-resistant. Wool clothing therefore does not need to be washed often. Hang the garment outside occasionally so that it can freshen up. If you do want to wash the garment, we recommend Texelana Wool Detergent . Never rub hard when hand washing, to prevent felting. Always check the label in the garment for the washing instructions. Always let wool clothing dry flat.
