Beautiful merino wool cardigan from Dale of Norway. The Spirit jacket is made of 100% skin soft merino wool. Due to the durable double knitted fabric, it is ideal for an active lifestyle.
The vest has a two-way zipper and padded stripes in the Norwegian flag on the shoulders. The text "Norway" is knitted in relief on the back in the same color as the cardigan itself. There is a rib knit on the elbows.

This vest is the team jacket of the Norwegian alpine ski team for 2021-2022. The pattern is inspired by the classic Norwegian rose with eight petals.

About Dale of Norway

The village of Dale is located between steep mountains, waterfalls and fjords on the west coast of Norway. In 1872, Peder Lebsen traveled through the small village of Dale, close to the city of Bergen. He saw in Dale the ideal place to set up a first-class textile production factory. The Dale of Norway textile mill was completed in 1879 and has remained active in the village of Dale ever since.

From the start, the focus was on making high-quality wool products. The factory quickly grew into the largest employer in the region. Skilled knitters and craftsmen joined the company, often followed by their relatives. This experience and expertise was then passed on to the next generation.
